I want to continue to be intentional about connecting with family and friends. I want to leave behind letting anxiety make decisions for me.
I’d like to bring a greater sense of purpose, meaning and integrity forward. I want to leave behind any doubts that I’m not capable or that what I do doesn’t matter. Good questions – thank you for making me think 🙏
You are welcome! I’d like to be the first to say I find value in what you post. You are more than capable and what you share matters to me. So you can leave that doubt behind for sure! Thank you for your thoughtful response.
Great post! I think 2020 did leave us with several positive things, including a renewed interest and focus on what’s truly important. Also creating time/space for those we love and staying connected even if virtual. And slowing down; not having so many things on the calendar and rushing from one scheduled event to another–that was truly refreshing, something I need to preserve going forward. As far as leaving behind, well, just yesterday, my daughter Lydia and I had this idea, we were scheming about when we in the future could host a Mask Burning Party. Who’s in? 🙂
I agree! I feel like 2020 gave me the opportunity to pause and reflect on what matters most to me. That’s a good thing to bring into the new year.
And count me in for the mask burning party!! 😄
